Our job at the Authority is to supply the region with a safe and reliable drinking water supply today and in the future. Equally important is doing so in a way that protects the environment for future generations.

To accomplish this mission, we have long made environmental sustainability a major component of each of our water supply projects. Extensive monitoring programs and special environmental committees are just some of the ways we strive to ensure the environmental integrity of our operating systems.
